Senior Associate
Matthew was admitted as a lawyer in January 2008 and joined the Dundas Lawyers team in June 2017. He has a broad range of experience in civil litigation including shareholder disputes, director disputes, property disputes and various types of contractual disputes.
Matthew has appeared in several courts including Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Magistrates Court of Queensland, the District Court Of Queensland, the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Federal Court and the Federal Circuit Court. Matthew uses his litigation experience to pre-empt potential issues when drafting advice or contracts to be relied upon by his clients. Matthew’s aim is to ensure clients are fully informed and guided in all facets of a transaction or dispute and to resolve disputes in the most efficient manner.
