Our Team may from time to time automate our tweets in order to coordinate the timely release of information.
Followers of the Dundas Lawyers Twitter Account can expect:
- between one (1) and five (5) Tweets on a typical work day;
- updates about new articles on any of our websites or bloggs, as the case may be;
- alerts about new posting to any social media channels such as LinkedIn, You Tube and Facebook; and
- specific Tweets about the law relating to our Areas of Practice.

By following You, we are not providing any endorsement or recommendation as to the desirability or otherwise of your Twitter Account.
Direct Messages
We do not guarantee that we can respond to any direct message. If we do engage in conversation via Direct Message we reserve the right to forward your Tweet to the relevant person in our organisation to be actioned.
We will not respond to any harassing or negative comments and may immediately block you from accessing our Tweets. If you are a competitor of Dundas Lawyers, we may choose to block you. However, we will attempt to listen and be real in all our Tweets in the spirit of the conversation.
Hours of operation
Our Team will monitor our Twitter account during office hours, Monday to Friday and during special events or situations where it is warranted.

By following Us, Followers indemnify Us and our respective officers, employees and agents against any claim or proceeding that is made, threatened or commenced, and any liability, loss, damage or expense (including reasonable legal costs on a full indemnity basis) that they incurs or suffers as a direct or indirect result of:
- a breach by you of this Twitter follow policy;
- an actual or alleged breach by you of any law, legislation, regulation, by-law or code of conduct caused by information contained in our Twitter feed.

Jurisdiction
Followers irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland Australia. In any dispute between the parties to these Terms and Conditions will be heard by a Court in this Jurisdiction.
